Hướng dẫn xóa dữ liệu

1. Gửi yêu cầu

Gửi email đến boxchain68@gmail.com với tiêu đề “BOXCHAIN – Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu”. Nêu tên hoặc tài khoản đã dùng để liên hệ, nền tảng, thời gian gần đúng và phần dữ liệu muốn xóa. Có thể kèm mã yêu cầu nếu bạn đã nhận được. Không gửi mật khẩu, mã OTP hoặc bản chụp giấy tờ tùy thân trong lần liên hệ đầu tiên.

2. Xác minh và xử lý

Chúng tôi sẽ xác minh quyền yêu cầu bằng thông tin tối thiểu cần thiết, tìm hồ sơ phù hợp, xử lý dữ liệu không còn cần giữ và thông báo kết quả. Nếu có phần phải giữ theo pháp luật, chúng tôi sẽ nêu phạm vi, lý do và hạn chế sử dụng. Đây là quy trình yêu cầu qua email, không phải nút xóa tự động.

3. Ngắt kết nối Meta và xóa dữ liệu trên máy

Nếu bạn từng cấp quyền cho BOXCHAIN, có thể thu hồi quyền trong phần ứng dụng hoặc tích hợp doanh nghiệp của tài khoản Meta. Thu hồi quyền không tự xóa bản ghi đã có tại BOXCHAIN; hãy gửi yêu cầu ở bước 1. Để xóa ngôn ngữ đã chọn và danh sách sản phẩm trên thiết bị, hãy xóa dữ liệu website boxchainglobal.com trong trình duyệt. Việc này không xóa hồ sơ đã gửi thành công.

1. 提交请求

向 boxchain68@gmail.com 发送邮件，主题写“BOXCHAIN—数据删除请求”。说明曾使用的姓名或联系账号、联系平台、大致时间及希望删除的范围；已有需求编号可以一并提供。首次联系不需要发送密码、短信验证码或身份证件照片。

2. 核实与处理

我们使用必要的最少信息核实请求权限，定位相关记录，处理无需继续保留的数据并告知结果。依法必须保留的部分会说明范围、原因和用途限制。这是邮件申请流程，不是点击即完成的自动删除接口。

3. 撤销 Meta 授权与清除本机记录

如曾授权 BOXCHAIN，可在 Meta 账号的应用或业务集成设置中撤销授权。撤销授权不会自动删除 BOXCHAIN 已有记录，仍请按第一步提出请求。清除设备上的语言偏好和选型清单，可在浏览器中清除 boxchainglobal.com 的网站数据；这不会删除此前已成功提交的记录。

Data deletion instructions

Email boxchain68@gmail.com with the subject “BOXCHAIN – Data deletion request”. Include the name or contact account you used, the platform, approximate date and records you want removed. Include an inquiry reference if available. Do not send a password, verification code or identity-document photo in your initial request.

2. Verification and handling

We use the minimum information needed to verify your authority, locate relevant records, handle data that no longer needs to be kept and notify you of the result. Any legally required retention will be explained, including its scope and restricted purpose. This is an email request process, not an instant automated deletion endpoint.

3. Revoke Meta access and clear local records

If you authorized BOXCHAIN, you can revoke access in your Meta account’s apps or business integrations settings. Revocation does not automatically erase existing BOXCHAIN records; also follow step 1. To remove language preferences and product selections from your device, clear browser site data for boxchainglobal.com. That action does not erase previously submitted records.
